We ask that you not publicly disclose the issue until it has been addressed by HANDSONITEMS. We also ask that you do not exploit the issue or cause harm to HANDSONITEMS or its customers.

HANDSONITEMS will make every effort to respond to your email within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that HANDSONITEMS cannot guarantee a specific time frame for resolution, as each issue may require different amounts of time to resolve.
